Tim has over 30 years’ experience as a senior executive in the HR Consulting and HR Software industry. He has architected and led some of the largest and most successful HR change programs in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Nomi is an experienced HR executive with outstanding leadership and business skills, bringing wealth of knowledge to the business from the services, mining, public service and construction & manufacturing / steel industries. Nomi has approximately 20 years of HR generalist experience, with her last position being an Executive HR Director at Aveng Trident Steel where she sat in the Aveng Trident Steel Holdings Board and Remco meetings, and reported to the Aveng Group Transformation Board.
Amongst others, Nomi worked for the De Beers Group, The Department of Trade and Industry and Lonmin. She prides herself in driving transformation and culture change, talent acquisition and management including performance management, succession planning, development of HR and employee development strategies, Organisational Design, Change Management and Industrial Relations.

Teresa Castano joined SAP in 2018 as a Digital HR Transformation Advisor where she works with clients in EMEA South to enable adaptive and resilient companies through people and leveraging technology, supporting them in building the roadmap and case for change.
Prior to SAP, Teresa has worked to elevate the value of HR for more than 15 years, acting as an HR Business Partner at Accenture Iberia and in HR Consulting in Accenture's Talent & Organization division and at Peoplematters, supporting national and international clients with their Human Resource Strategy & Transformation programs.
Nelly Boustany is the Senior Director HXM Value Advisory EMEA South at SAP, the world's leader in Enterprise Application Software. In her role, Nelly connects with Executive HR leaders as well as HR communities, boards and advises on their HR digital transformation readiness and challenges, journey to success, best practices and lessons learned.
Nelly has 20 years of HR experience of which 15 years of leadership experience overseeing HR for global companies in the MENA region during periods of business transformation, strategic expansion, optimization & M&As. Prior to her current role, Nelly was the HR Director for SAP across the Middle East & North Africa region, responsible for ensuring business success through developing and executing on its people strategy, while transforming the business as well as HR organizations in alignment with the global company strategy. Nelly has brought a clear focus to the people agenda and has been instrumental in driving SAP’s growth as well as successfully transforming the HR organization across the region.
Nelly is passionate about enabling business transformation through people.
